My sweet friend Larissa's blog, at 'As for me...', has inspired me a lot recently. She posted these quotes and pictures on her blog and I absolutely loved them. They describe some of the things God has been doing in my over the last couple of months, as He's changing and reforming me.
Thank goodness God is in control. Because He knows me inside out, better than anyone else knows me. He made me and He made me the way He wanted me to be. I now have the privilege of discovering 'me' more and more every day, with Him by my side showing it all to me.
But God's timing is perfect. And that's what makes things beautiful.
God's timing is perfect in all things. We need to wait on Him.
He is perfect in revealing things in the present, in showing plans for the future, in dealing with things from the past, in the timing for relationships and in all aspects of my messed up, but blessed life. All I have to do is trust Him and listen to His quiet but steady voice.
It's something I'm still working on...
